Whenever I take interviews, I find the candidates technologically skilled as per the requirement. Recruitment department here gives proper time in scanning CVs on various job portals/referrals etc. which is very important to hire a perfect candidate.
This also avoids any chances of wrong hiring which is very essential in any recruitment process.
