Most of the organization's recruitment team finds difficulty in hiring freshers. There are many reasons behind this.
To begin with, most of the colleges and universities do not conduct industrial visit. They also do not give much emphasis on Industrial training. Thus, students do not get much knowledge about corporate work culture.
Freshers have less technical knowledge. They also lack proper aptitude skills, thus making it very difficult for the recruitment team to select the deserving candidate.
